Lion’s mane mushrooms (Hericium erinaceus) do wonders for regenerating your brain, body, & immune system. The bioactive compounds they contain provide antioxidants, and proteins that support memory and concentration. Lion’s mane is a beautiful example of medicines from the earth physically resembling the human body part they benefit most.
They are versatile in the kitchen whether they’re fresh or dried. They are a great cut and grilled thick with basic seasonings, or shredded and mixed to create a “crab” cake patty. You can shred the lion's mane to create a crab-like mix or shredded chicken alternative.
Each Grow Kit will yield approx. 1-4lbs (1-2lb per flush with 2 flushes).
